1. Firstly, wash the nozzle in hot water.2. Prepare the pastry bag by cutting the edge of it so that 1-2 mm of nozzle can pop out of pastry bag.3. Insert the nozzle in the bag so that it fits.4. Put the buttercream in a pastry bag. Buttercream must be firm, ideally room temperature, not too soft.5. Place the nozzle to the cupcake/cake base, while squeezing gently lift the nozzle.6 .Then clean the end of the nozzle.7. If the buttercream is too soft the buds will not have the predefined structure. Pop in the fridge, if necessary and wait for a few minutes.8. After use, wash in hot soap water and dry. Feel free to use dishwasher.
